Unit 9 Present perfect continuous

We use the present perfect continuous for an activity that has recently stopped or just stopped.
ex) Why are you out of breath? Have you been running?

We use the present perfect continuous in this way, especially with how long, for … and since … . The activity is still happening (as in this example) or has just stopped.
ex) How long have you been learning English?

문맥에 따라 해석할 때는 큰 문제가 없을 수도 있는 부분이지만 이렇게 용례가 세분화되면 좀 헷갈림.
